About Al-Israa Group

Al-Israa Group for Trade Corporation and General Contracts Ltd. is one of Iraq’s national companies, specializing in the fields of construction and reconstruction. It was established on October 11, 2003, following the decision of the Department of Registrar of Companies No. (1-0150) named (Al-Israa Contracting Co. Ltd.).

The company has been carrying on its work in all majors, including: structural, civil, mechanica,l and electrical; water supply business, public transport, and oil services. According to the amendment No. (14-6-4) in the 4th of July 2004, the purpose of General Trading was added, so the trade name has changed to (Al-Israa Group for Trade Corporation and General Contracts Ltd.).

Another amendment numbered (21849) took place on the 6th of October 2011 to include public transport and oil services, so the purpose of the company has become the first to include contracts, excellent class general trading, public transport, and first class oil services. It is a private sector Iraqi company, a member of each of the following: the Federation of Iraqi contractors, the Federation of Iraqi Chambers of Commerce, the Iraqi Federation of carriers, and the Federation of Iraqi businessmen. The company staff consists of a bunch of competent engineers and consultants specialized in all fields. Their expertise has contributed efficiently to the accomplishment of many strategic, developing, and service projects for both the private and the public sectors, according to very high standards required at work in terms of quality and goodness.

The company has experience in supplying and providing technical equipment and materials, and machines to many government institutions, such as raw materials, operational materials, construction materials, chemicals, and technical devices of many types and from different sources. It has widened the prospects of cooperation and public relations with widely-known international companies, which will be listed later on for the purpose of continuation and remaining up-to-date with the latest in science and technology, which will effectively contribute to building a new, vivid, and flourishing Iraq.
